Unitron Consulting has been founded by  Sanjay Shrivastava and the company is based in    Gurgaon, India. He is also the Chief Executive of the company.

With an illustrious career of more than 30 years  in the global high technology  telecommunications industries,  Sanjay decided to venture into the Management Consulting  sector. His dream of utilising his  knowledge, experience and industry network for the benefit of small & medium  enterprises, foreign companies who intend to enter into Indian market & large organisations who intend to engage external resources for specific activities;  resulted into the birth of Unitron Consulting.

Ullas has over 30 years of diverse experience in the Consulting, Business Process Excellence and Information Technology domains. Ullas has extensive experience in bringing about operational excellence including business process improvement and IT effectiveness, large scale program management, consulting and general management.

He is a certified Theory of Constraints practitioner in Supply Chain Logistics certified by TOC International Certification Organization (TOCICO). This includes design of Supply Chain Operations, design of Supply Chain Distribution, design of metrics and Global Supply Chains.

Prateek  in his career of  more than 30 years  has been involved with more than 15 Green field & brown field projects in Power intensive, Power Sensitive & Power Generation Industries in Engineering & Management domain.

His areas of expertise includes Business Strategy,  Business Management, Project Management, Energy Optimization and Engineering Practices Improvements.

Prateek has worked with leading Indian conglomerates viz Wockhardt & Torrent for their Classical & Recombinant Biotech based API & formulation Projects; Jaypee Group for their Cement, Captive Power & Super Thermal Power Projects (25 MW to 660 MW Super Thermal Power Plant).
